Description of roles:

1. Leadership Team: a spiritually mature leader who represents their Touchpoints on a team of other spiritually mature leaders from different Touchpoints to collectively lead the Illuminate ministry

2. Touchpoint Leader: A leader is a spiritually mature point person who is trusted with spiritual leadership in a specific Touchpoint

3. Apprentice Leader: a point person who is trusted with practical and operational responsibilities for a specific Touchpoint event. The apprentice leader is on a trajectory to become a "leader" someday by being intentionally mentored by a spiritually mature leader
